Meet Our Founder

Mr. Martinez is an accomplished engineering and program management professional with extensive experience in naval combat systems development, testing, and integration. He began his career at Integrated Combat Systems Test Facility in San Diego as a Computer Systems Lab Engineer, advancing to NAVSEA-CENPAC and Regional Support Group as Pacific Fleet Modernization Program Manager, ensuring ships’ combat systems were fully tested and mission-ready.
In 1987, he became Master Ordnance Repair (MOR) Program Manager at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme, overseeing expansion of private sector capabilities for combat systems repair and testing, qualifying 9 shipyards and 15 enterprises, and enhancing quality assurance across the industry.
In 1997, he was selected as Lead LPD-17 Deputy Program Manager’s Representative for NAVSEA PMS 317, coordinating with Raytheon on system design, integration, and testing.
In 2000, he founded iNetwork, Inc., where he continues to lead efforts to support warfighters with advanced, real-time precision technologies.
